King County Metro bus riders are reminded that some buses will operate on reduced weekday and UW schedules on Monday for Presidents’ Day. Some Metro buses will operate on reduced weekday and UW schedules -- more details are posted on Metro’s holiday and reduced service page.

Metro offices, including the Customer Information Office, Lost and Found and Pass Sales counters, will be closed on Monday.  The Customer Information Office at 206-553-3000 will reopen Tuesday morning following the holiday weekend.

On days with reduced weekday schedules, some commuter and school-oriented routes do not operate, and other routes have individual trips canceled. Also, Metro makes some adjustments to routes that serve the University of Washington. When the UW is not in session, there will be some bus trip reductions. Normal UW service resumes Feb 21. 

Many routes have no changes. If the route is not listed below, it has no changes when reduced weekday service is in effect.

The King County Water Taxi will not operate West Seattle or Vashon service on Monday, Feb. 20, and DART Shuttle routes 773 and 775 also do not operate.
